• Ancient Roman ? No, modern.

• Gold?  At 7g, unlikely.

• From a private collection?  No,  from a factory in Bulgaria.

They sell these in various metal colours.

The other, "silver" and the "gold" one sold by a well known seller of  (only) fakes as " 22 kt, was originally  found in Syria".

Another artificially aged to make it look "ancient".
